Sunny backyard with a outdoor bath, BBQ, vegie/herb gardens (vegie seedling nursery). Plenty of on street parking and some off street parking too.

We are a couple -Ange 40yrs and Simon 50yrs.

Simon works as a art school caretaker and Ange in community development and hospitality. We enjoy delicious food, growing things, creative arty stuff, Simon love heading with his longboard looking for surf, and Ange regularly geeks over records (did we mention there’s a record collection!!)
