I live down a quiet street in Waterloo, Lower Hutt. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station/ Waterloo shops and only a 5 minute walk to Te Whiti Park. This property has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The backyard is fairly decent in size with a garage and shed which can be used for storage.

You’ll be living with two females in their mid thirties. We both work full time and are both pretty social however we’re also happy to give each other space when wanted. I enjoy going for walks, working out at the gym, going to gigs/festivals and trying new eateries and breweries. My flatmate Phyllis is a gamer. She enjoys walking, festivals and getting out and meeting new people. We’re wanting someone who is easygoing, tidy and willing to do their share of house work.
