Double bedroom with BIW, Queen bed, duchess and desk, fully furnished & can take some furniture out if required. Third room could be used as another lounge - additional cost. Prefer someone over 40years, must be working and house trained….

I work from home parts of the week and my office is in the open plan living in a wee corner. I work all hours of the week including the weekend. I am relaxed and enjoy socialising quietly.
Looking for easy going person to enjoy the space, must be a animal lover, cat lives here and runs the roost from my bedroom and my four legged blonde friend sometimes comes to stay :)
