We have a sunny north facing room with your own deck in our spacious single storey home in Wattle Downs, South Auckland. This room gets the morning sun and has its own deck with bifold door and sun filter and roller blinds. Also has a double built-in wardrobe. Bedroom does come furnished but are welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture. Available from 4 February 2023

Wattle Downs is a safe and friendly neighbourhood in close proximity to Manurewa, Takanini, the Airport, Wiri, Manukau, Papakura, Karaka etc.

Costs $230 per week + expenses (power, water, gas) divided evenly among flatmates at the end of each month Bond is three weeks rent

You’ll be living with three full time working professionals in our mid 20’s. We are all fairly independent however do enjoy a good chat in the evenings and the occasional board game night. We have a very cute Torti cat.
