Hi all ! We have a room available in Petone in a lovely, newly built townhouse.

Flat is fully furnished just have to bring bedroom furniture. Not really a party flat but enjoy having drinks and chilled nights indoors.

Rent is $234 a week and expenses (power and internet) are around $120 a month. Youll be sharing a bathroom with 1 person.

You’ll be living with two girls and a sweet little Maltese shi tsu. We are both yo pro’s, very chilled and Nala (dog) is super quiet and loves cuddles and pats.
