Emma's room

I am looking for an awesome person to come live in my first home with my dog and me. My home is sunny, warm, modern, comfortable, and cosy. The house is basically fully furnished. Heat pump, washing machine, and dryer. Double glazed, gas hot water and cooking. Unlimited internet, great shower pressure. The house is not huge so would prefer someone who doesn’t mind getting involved with the house and flat life. Single working Professional male or female between 25-35. Is comfortable to provide references and adhere to any required checks. Large sun-soaked timber deck with wide pocket sliding doors. Fully fenced with an electric gate. I currently have Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Neon,Sky Sport and a PS4, which are available for login and use within the property and common areas is a small two-bedroom house at the rare of the property where you would be living in one of the bedrooms with myself. There is also a single garage with a self-contained unit that is occupied at the front but little bother to the rest of the house and living. The room is double and will fit a queen with a double wardrobe and door lock. The room can come with some furnishings, or you can bring your own. Currently being used as office and spare room but will remove. includes rent, and utilities. - conditional on the power bill not getting excessive. Turnabout or shared household items & some time commitment for house admin.
