Hi, this spare room in my 2 bedroom flat is available, see pictures for furnishings. Just 100 meters from the beach, the property has a garage which i only use for storage, a bbq area and large deck in the back yard, modern kitchen with gas cooktops and oven, dishwasher, heat pump, internet etc.
I am a full time employed tradesman, looking for an employed female to share the place with. When i am not at work i often go to the gym, am reading or am out and about. I am respectful of peoples privacy and needs and am easy to talk to and get along with. Im looking forward to having someone who would like to call this place their home too. 2 weeks rent is required for bond and 2 weeks rent in advance from date of move in. Then rent to be paid weekly. 2 weeks notice of departure is also required
