Crohane Place

Safe quiet lovely 3-bedroom villa, central to city, you would be sharing with just 1 person that’s me. There is parking on the street. Healthy home with a log burner. Vege garden out the back waiting for some attention, I love plants I keep the front of the home looking beautiful with plants. The room for rent is down the other end of the house so we would not be seeing or hearing other really. It’s not a party house. Gas for hot water so always have hot water, good pressure in shower, shower is over the bath, it’s a nice big bathroom. Long remodeled gully kitchen I have everything needed.

I work fulltime. I am a super clean, tidy person. I don’t do drugs I drink maybe twice a year can’t do the hangover thing anymore. Landlord does not allow pets. Don’t mind if you have friends over but prefer, they did not stay, (negotiable). I’m really quiet I had a noisy out the gate life earlier in my days but not up to anything much these days. I am very respectful and mindful of other people in the home. I am really security conscious around windows being left open, doors not locked. The front and back of the home has cameras. Basic things like opening and closing of curtains if you’re up first, mindful of the recycle bin and rubbish bin. Just want an adult who will respect the home and not have to be asked to do basic everyday stuff.
