Secure house in great street, security cameras,Solar heated swimming pool. Option of your own 2 bedroom fully furnished unit with own bathroom and toilet behind main house up until mid December this year for $575 per week. The unit is prebooked for 2 mths at that time . The right person could stay in the main house for that duration at a reduced rate until the unit is available again.The other option is a fully furnished double room available in the main house for $350 Week. A couple would be $440 per week. At this stage you would share bathroom and toilet with 1 other professional full time working male 52 years. Situated in the Sandhurst area 7 mins walk to the beach, near Goodhome and Freshchoice Great outdoor living. Potential flatmate/ flatmates must have full time employment. You just need to supply your own food and shopping. Sky sport in the main house. Not a party house but I do like to get the poker table out every couple of weeks and have a few Fantas on the weekend. Enjoy watching rugby ,league , movies .We would be looking for people of a similar age but would consider 30’s upward. There is 1 off street park available for the unit with its own security gate private entrance. Ample safe parking roadside outside the house for main house flatmates. Must have common sense , know how to clean up after yourself .
