Malaika's room

This sunny, three bedroom house is situated 15 minutes from the city centre, a mere 5 minute drive to the nearest convenience store and less than 10 minutes to New Brighton beach.Room available is large enough to fit a queen bed, and two built in wardrobes that has floor to ceiling storage. Plenty of off street parking, as well as a pretty and private backyard which is perfect for sunbathing. If you are in your early 20s and are either travelling through Christchurch for the summer stint or a just want to get a bit closer to the beach, than this room is perfect for you!

You would be sharing the house with two flatmates who are both 23, love the out doors and sharing a meal on the back deck on lazy afternoons. They are looking for a flattie of a simlar age that is considerate, tidy and sociable to enjoy the summer with.
