Saint Vincent Street

The room is a sudio-style room, not fully enclosed, in the house along with the kitchen and bathroom. The room is not fully enclosed, see pictures. My room is the sleepout. The house is small but very spacious, with beautiful views, a great deck and a bit of a veggie garden. It’s fully insulated, double glassed and North facing.

I’m Ana, I am a 40 years old. I have a partner that stays with me some days of the week and some days I stay at his place. I work from home some days of the week. I have a cat, kitty. I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, music. Not a big party person but I enjoy having friends for dinner every once in a while. I love my house so I look after it very well and expect the same from my flatmate. I’m into waste minimisation (in fact, it’s one of my jobs) so someone with awareness around recycling, composting, soft plastics is very appreciated or openness to learn the systems is very important for me. Internet, gas (for hot water) and rubbish collection is included. Power is included as long as the bill doesn’t go over $100. Otherwise, we need to top up. Cleaning products: I only use Ecoware or alike and I refill the same bottle either at Bin Inn or New World, so although those things are not included, I expect this system to be maintained. We can use an app such as Splitwise and keep track of who buys it.

I am looking for a flatmate that wants to feel like this is their home and look after the place and share all what it takes to run a home together. Cleaning is not only washing your dishes and vacuuming. I expect someone that is keen to do all the other chores such as keeping the fridge clean, clean cobwebs, clean kitchen extractor and help with the maintenance of the garden and lawn. It’s not big, so between two in one hour a lot can be achieved.

I’m pretty relaxed and friendly, even though this may come across as the opposite but I just want to be super clear from the very beginning :)
