I have a single room available. You will need to be responsible and working. Sorry no pets as we have our own animals on the property already. Walking distance to Wellsford town. Lovely sunny spot. Ideally looking for someone who is clean and tidy round the house & can help with the lawns occasionally.
This is a happy house so bring your smiles. Private room with built in furniture and comfortable bed is provided so just bring your clothes and move in. Price includes rent, power, wifi, You buy your own food and have you own cupboard space in the kitchen and fridge.

You will be sharing with easy going female and one other male flatmate who works alot. We have dogs, cats, horses and other farm animals.
