Mihir's room

A beautiful House situated just behind the Barrington Mall, with all the necessities like Bus stop, Dairy shop, Mall with other shops walking distance. It’s also behind to Barrington Park, for walks and runs. It’s a Master bedroom with ample storage and comes furnished with Bed, mattress, dresser.The room gets a lovely evening sun. Rent will be 230/W excluding the electricity, gas and water(if the bill exceeds for water) and 2 weeks of bond. We have a garden patch as well where you can grow your veges too, parking is available on the street for cars and cycles you can park it in by the garden. We prefer someone with a diet that doesn’t include Red meat or pork due to cultural reasons. And we are only looking for someone who is a clean person, may even have OCD, cuz we have OCD and don’t like mess at all. No couples please. No pets since the lady is allergic to dog and cats. Students, full-time workers are welcome.

You will be living with 3 other people here in this property, A couple who are the main tenants, they work in healthcare, the lady is pregnant hence why we prefer someone who is really hygienic. The third housemate will be a guy, who works full-time in Bar. We do hangout and socialize at home sometimes with common meals and some outings too.
