LONG-TERM FLATMATES WANTED Papamoa Beach 🏡: 1x Unfurnished Double Room available with built-in wardrobe. 🛁: 1x Own bathroom 🚘: Plenty of on-street parking on a wide, quiet street.

Available to move in 30/03/24 Minimum stay 1 year.

$255 single occupant or $305 couple, per week. A Bond of 4 weeks is required.

Bills are not included in the rent. Additional costs include power, electricity, wifi, water, and all household expenses - these are split equally between housemates

🏖⛰🚲🏪🛣 The house is in a great spot, close to the beach, cycleway, motorway (Mount 15mins drive), Papamoa Hills, and shops.

Currently two flatmates (1 male and 1 female).

Would be suitable for people around the same age (early/mid-30s), who work full time through the week (No WFH), and are looking to find a home/ flat family. We would ideally like a couple or another male flatmate. Ideally, people who are active, friendly, open, and sociable whom we can enjoy the odd flat activity but who are also respectful of everyone’s space and downtime. We all pitch in with looking after the place so the ideal flatmate/s would also need to clean/tidy and be open to doing their part. We are very chill and like being able to retreat here and tend to do any socializing outside the home so if you are looking for a hosting house it might not be a good fit. Smoke/vape/drug-free household.

We use the garage as a gym and workshop space so there is little room for extra storage but could fit in a couple more surfboards, maybe a bike or two.
