Maggie's room

Four bedroom house, with living room, dining room, large kitchen, two bathrooms(one with shower, one with bath), large garage and heaps of parking.

Room is a double room, with large wardrobe and seperate door to outside deck. Down a quiet street, with lovely neighbours and a community pool nearby. Room can have queen bed available, upon request. Enough room for small desk and dresser.

We do have a loving, friendly cat who runs the property. We are not looking for any additional pets.

Medium size section with gardens to tend and lawns. Lawns done by other roommate.

Garage is mainly used for storage at the moment, but does fit at least one car, if needed. Heaps of bench space if you’re into DIY.

The property is based about 20mins away from Palmerston North, in a quiet community based town. Walking distance from shops.

Price per week includes room, power, broadband, rubbish and green waste collection and necessities like toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. We do have a dishwasher as well.

House is heated by fire, not a super cold house typically. The room for rent gets lots of sun, being on a warm side of the house.

Grace. Grace is a full time student at Massey University, she also works whenever she can with a local small business. Grace tends to our lawns whenever she can.

Maggie. Maggie works full time at a cafe locally and makes crafty diy stuff when she has time. Maggie and Grace are sisters, and get along very well (usually)

We are both very busy people but find time to hang out with our friends, and occasionally attend the gym when we have energy.
