Ferry Road

Room available in a 3 bed flat. Modern house, well heated, close to uprising, 20 min cycle on a good path to town, 20 mins drive/bus from the beach! Currently have a flat cat until Jan but once he moves out you could negotiate a new cat with the landlord? Little garden outside, some half dead herbs (mine). Big garden inside with lots of lush plants around (Kalyns). Unfurnished but you can buy the bed off my old flatmate if you want! Dishwasher! Shower! WiFi! All the modern amenities a person could want.

Sharing with me (Beth, 26, Doctor from Scotland, likes tramping and knitting, mostly found in the flat eating bread, cooking and watching Sex and the City) and Kalyn (25, kiwi, works in insurance, mostly found in the flat watching the Simpsons and tending her plants) and, until January; Oliver the cat (3, likes eating and heaters, mostly found in the flat screaming for more food). Keep to ourselves mostly but happy to chat at you in the kitchen and front room. Looking for a nice person 22-32 to move in- lease goes to May at which point may renew!
