Awesome house in Somerfield, walking distance from Barrington mall and the hills. Sizeable garden, off street parking and a double garage. Large bedroom and a separate office/studio is on offer, well suited for anyone working from home or looking for lots of space! The house has been recently double glazed, has two heat pumps and gas hobs in the kitchen.

I am the only other tenant, a young professional mostly working from home. I am also a music producer, so there will be a little noise from time to time, but happy to keep this to times that suits you. I enjoy a tidy house, cooking and making the most of the nearby hills for exercise.
