Kia Ora and thankyou for taking a look at this property. Firstly this advertisement is for a self contained detached room in Pahiatua. Has own shower, toilet and sink. A small kitchen area with cuboards and a sink. Has a fridegefreezer, bed, washing machine, microwave, jug, toaster and small benchtop oven thing with two elements. Carpeted and lino throughout. Not attached to the main house and is down a long driveway where there is parking for your vehicle. This room is attached to the garage however the garage will not be accessible.
