Single occupancy room available in Hokowhitu. It’s a single unfurnished room in a large 2 storey house. $170 per week plus a monthly split of power/internet/waste removal. $680 bond plus a week’s rent in advance. Close to the river walkway and Hokowhitu Lagoon. Easy drive to Massey University. On street parking only. No pets, smokers or children sorry.

There are 5 of us here of varying ages (20’s to 50’s). We are friendly and sociable but independent, we all do our own thing. We are looking for quiet, tidy, respectful people either working and/or studying.
