Hi! I have a vacant bedroom in a two bedroom house for rent during Christmas - New Year period from Friday 15/12/23 to Saturday 13/01/2024. Dates can be flexible and I can arrange a bed in the lounge temporarily if needed for a cheaper price. The lounge is compact and has a heat pump.

I’m looking for a girl who loves to live in a tidy and peaceful home. The rent is $250 per week including everything. Move in cost will be one week rent in advance and one week bond please.

The house is spacious and you will be sharing with another girl working full time (Probably during the holiday period as well). You can do exercise and chill on the sunny deck without anyone looking! 😎

We have a washing machine and dryer in the house. Also there is a clothes line in the yard. There is one very secure car park right next to the house.

The room is fully furnished. There is also a big built in wardrobe with shelves if you have lots of skincare and cosmetics!

Located in Waltham. It’s a brand new townhouse and close to supermarket, madbutcher, vege shop, etc. Bus number 3 will take you 6 minutes to go into the city centre.

It would be a great accommodation choice if you want to spend time in Christchurch during the holiday time and explore around the areas. Or if you are on your working and travelling journey, pm me for a place to stay in Christchurch!
