I am seeking 2 flatmates to share a house with 2 others in Hornby :)

House has large sunroom, both shower & bathtub, separate toilet, separate laundry, private sunny backyard & storage sheds for extra belongings. House is in tidy condition with new carpet, paint & curtains.

Smaller room $190 pw, has single built-in wardrobe, fits a double/queen bed, side table, drawers. This room can be furnished with the above if required for an extra $10 pw.

Bigger room $230 pw, has double built-in wardrobe, plenty of space for double/queen bed, side tables, drawers, desk & more.

Rent includes power, wi-fi (unlimited fibre), toilet paper, household cleaning consumables & occasional gardener. Also free hour of power each day.

Available to move in immediately & notice to move out is 3 weeks. A bond of $750 & house share agreement is required.

Existing occupants include:

• 1 early 30s female, works full time, enjoys odd wine, baking, yoga, camping, road trips
• 1 late 20s male, works full time, enjoys video games, board games, ultimate frisbee
• 1 adult female cat, house trained, indoor & outdoor

Ideal flatmates:

• aged 24-39
• has experience living in shared flats & good rental references
• will stay long term (3+ months)
• animal friendly & ok living with a very affectionate/friendly cat
• reliable paying rent & bills
• clean, tidy & quiet
• considerate, respectful & trustworthy
• bonus if you like the odd flat movie night/dinner/drinks etc
• cat ok! (must be fully house-trained)

Unfortunately for various reasons I am unable to accept the following, sorry:

• couples, kids, dogs
• smokers, heavy drinkers, drug users
• anyone with a criminal history
