Good day everyone, I have a studio in the city central (viaduct area) that’s available now. It’s a pet friendly building and we have garage carpark downstairs for an additional of $80/week. This place is perfect for a couple or professional worker who want to enjoy having your own private space with your little fur baby.
The room is fully furnished with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, bathtub, bed, heater, vacuum cleaner, sofa, TV, table & chair, 2 closets for each of you. Pillow and bedsheet will be provided too. Basically you’ll have everything ready for ya to move in.
The rent is included cold water and unlimited internet. Power bill will be sent to you by the end of each month.
Move in cost: 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.
Minimum lease: 3 months.
