Kia ora tātou, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this beautiful renovated villa in Petone. It’s a great summer house, 2 mins walk to the beach and lovely french doors out in to a garden with fruit trees and pretty flowers. There is a dishwasher, shower, bath and two heat pumps. Two current flatmates are early to mid twenties working full time. The room is very large and has a tiny wee ensuite with toilet and vanity, $280pw plus expenses.
