In Christchurch, Avonhead area, there is a private single room with an ensuite bathroom. The room is furnished with a king single bed, bedside table, lamp, heater, tallboy, and a large wardrobe for hanging clothes or storing items. Please maintain cleanliness in both the room and the ensuite bathroom, or clean up after using shared areas. If you have a car, parking is available on the street. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Countdown supermarket and the bus station. The largest shopping mall, Riccarton Mall, is approximately a 20-minute drive away. The distance to Christchurch Airport is about a 10-minute drive. There are many parks nearby for those who enjoy outdoor activities.

We are a young family with three members, we have a 3-year-old daughter. Looking for a non-smoking, non-alcoholic female flatmate who doesn’t mind living with a kid! Rent includes electricity and unlimited WiFi. Short-term (minimum of one month) and long-term stays are both welcome.
