One of the rooms in our owner occupied 3 bed house is available. A nice double room that gets plenty of afternoon sun, with an inbuilt wardrobe.

We live in a cute little house in Whanganui East that gets all day sun. When the sun’s not shining, the central heating keeps us nice and toasty. The kitchen and living room are warm, tidy and well furnished. The garden has native trees and is on its way to greatness growing more fruit and vegetables. The bedroom is unfurnished

We’re looking for a flatmate who will treat the place like a home, of a similar age (late 20’s – early 40’s), onto it with cleaning, is up for sharing some kai or a drink, maybe playing a game, yet also respectful of others space too. Definitely keen for gatherings, yet not a party party flat. Preferably working full time, but unfortunately working from home full time won’t work.
