Hello, I am on the hunt for two housemates to join my sunny and warm home on Waiwhetu Road in Waterloo.

Two unfurnished rooms are available, one person for each room, sharing a bathroom.

House is four bedrooms, two lounges, two stories and fully furnished (washing machine, dyer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, heating etc). Beautiful garden and sunny deck.

Rent is $300 per week which includes internet, power and gas. Bond is two weeks rent and one week in advance.

5 minute work to Waterloo Train Station, quick drive to Queensgate, supermarkets and the hospital.

I am a 42 year old female. Professional and working full time. Tidy and active.

Looking for house mates who are professional and working full time. Active, tidy, considerate, honest, trustworthy, pays rent on time, happy to do their share of chores. Not a party house but looking for social people.
