3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.

Room coming available in December due to existing flatmate moving back to Belgium. The house gets a lot of sun and is very close to town. There’s a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area split across two levels. There’s a bathroom and separate toilet. Laundry with dryer.

Bedroom comes with a queen bed and has a built in wardrobe, drawers and a mirror. It may get some additional furniture if I find anything good but otherwise you’d need to provide that yourself.

Price includes all bills and shared household items (bin bags, dish washing stuff, laundry stuff). We share some pantry items (baking goods, spices) on a ‘you use it, you buy some’ policy and that works pretty well. We all contribute to keeping the house clean.

There are off-street parks which are being taken up by us already although these may be negotiable. There are plenty of on-street parks. There’s covered bike storage. I can supply bedding and towels, we have fibre internet. TV has Netflix, Neon and NBA league pass which you’re welcome to use too.

Couples are negotiable. Smokers are too. 420 friendly.
