Room available from 5th December. The room comes with a Queen bed, set of drawers, and has a built in wardrobe. It’s on the eastern side of the house, has a view of the garden and gets morning sun.

The house is centrally located, very close to New World and gets good sun throughout the day. There is a large open plan living area spread across two levels, three bedrooms and one bathroom with a separate room for the toilet. There is a garden.

The old flatmate is moving to Dunedin for three months and would happily take the room again if it’s free at the start of March. I’m not going to hold it for him but I am happy to take on short-term flatmates until that date. I am also happy for something more long-term. Mostly, I’m just looking for someone who is respectful, friendly, chill and easy to communicate with. You would be sharing the house with myself (34yo house owner, ocean scientist), a Chilean couple (27,30yo going to the language school), and a 9yo black cat. We are fairly active people, and our friends come to the house sometimes - yours can too. Into biking, hiking, camping, outdoors, gym, swimming, growing stuff.
