Quiet, comfortable and clean, close to motorways and transport, short walk to shops. You have the choice of two rooms, and your own bathroom. House is no smoking inside and fully furnished, room is not. One off-street park, rent includes wireless internet and water, power to be split.

Please ignore the boxes and stuff, they will be gone before anyone moves in. Both rooms are about 3m x 3m. Living room has AC/Heat Pump, a big TV and multiple PC’s to use.

Pretty good outdoor area too, and I even have a hammock for chillin outside :)

Just one other occupant, 40+ house trained, non-creepy male, quiet, clean, employed full-time, and in a committed relationship, so I am frequently out of the house. Looking for someone I can trust to co-locate.
