The house is a charming central Auckland villa with an exceptionally wide hallway, lots of upstairs storage, and an extended lounge area that leads into a nice little yard. It is located across the road from Gribblehirst Park (pictured), close to a local community hub and St Luke’s mall. The area has easy access to public transport and an abundance of restaurants/ takeaway options. There is plenty of street parking and space for two cars on the property.

Our ideal flatmate is clean and tidy, genuine, mature, respectful, considerate, open-minded, friendly, and communicates openly. This is not a party flat, but social gatherings (game nights, dinner parties, movie nights etc) are welcome.

The double room is becoming available on the 6th of January. Rent is $260 per week and includes bills as well as an array of flat consumables. Bond is $900 before moving in.
