Looking for someone for short term between now till mid feb 2024.

only looking for one person (sorry no couple) to fill a large room with modern facilities in my home in Northwood. Has its own heat pump in the room… but it is not an ensuite.

This is a 5-bedroom home with 2 bathroom. The house is situated on a quiet street close to new world and countdown, close to the airport, main routes into CBD / motorways/hospital.

Also nearby Northwood supa centa, it is also located near a beautiful Styx mill reserve and exercise parks, and close to bus stops as well.

Rent is $200 weekly. And power and internet and etc will be an extra $25.

We all do live a reasonably busy lifestyle but are friendly.

An ideal flatmate would be someone restpectful especially during the sleeping hours at night or morning..and helps up with cleaning…
