Sophia's room

North-facing townhouse at the end of the driveway, gets heaps of sunlight and is super private and quiet.

The room (~3m x 3m) fits a queen bed + side tables + chest of drawers and the closet is huge as it opens out under the stairs. The room is right next to a bathroom (toilet + vanity + shower + heated towel rail) that is exclusively yours :)

The room is unfurnished, but if this is an issue and you’re otherwise interested please get in touch anyway as furnishings can be provided! The rest of the home is fully furnished, and has all the fixings you’d want e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, TV, microwave, kitchen appliances and pots and pans.

Great insulation and full double glazing on all the windows. Heaps of birds in the area — you just hear tuis chirping all day.

Close to public transport, supermarkets (Pak’nSave is ~4 min walk away!), the hospital, lake, and the police station. Down the road is Bala’s South Indian restaurant—they do an awesome brunch buffet on weekends.
