Single furnished room with a bunk bed and built-in wardrobe. The room is upstairs with a separate shared bathroom. The bathroom is shared with our 8-year-old daughter occasionally. Most of the time, she will use our ensuite bathroom. The lounge and kitchen are downstairs. Short walk to Takanini train station. Short drive to Takanini town centre, Southgate, PaknSave, Countdown, and lots of other amenities. Quick access to the motorway. Peaceful safe neighbourhood, beautiful home. We have a very friendly pet dog. Would suit a quiet working professional. Prefer a female. Room weekly rent is $230 including utilities (unlimited fibre internet, fair use of power and water).
