Hi everyone We’re looking for a fourth flatmate to join our flat for 2024 in Manurewa. There are three of us(all male) at the moment and all of us are in our final year of study at university. The Flat was built in 2021 and the available room is an ensuit room with it’s own toilet,shower, sink, clothes rack, and built in drawer unit. The rent will be around $215 per week not including any costs. All other costs will be shared between 4 people. The flat has 4 carparks. We are in our mid 20s and our final year of study at Otago university. We are respectful, tidy, and responsible.Not party bunch but would like hanging out and do group activities with flatmates every now and then.
