Irene's room

This bedroom is located on the bottom floor of a 2 storey house. Both the room and the house is fully furnished, 9 minutes drive from Rotorua city centre, in close proximity to the hospital, and comes with free parking. The room is available from 10/02/2024 till the end of November. Expenses are not included as part of the rent, however it will be split evenly amongst the 4 of us monthly.

We have 3 current flatmates (2F + 1M) who are all medical students from Auckland. We are doing placements in Rotorua in 2024, hence are looking for one more flatmate to join us in flatting this house next year. We are all in our early 20’s, and love to socialize and meet new people! Please message me if this interests you!
