Neil's room

There are two bedrooms available upstairs in my home which can be turned into a lounge and bedroom and is suitable for one person who wishes to have their own space. There is also a singular toilet as well as a shower and vanity upstairs which I do not use. Both rooms have built in wardrobes and are a reasonable size. One bedroom already has a Queen size bed, headboard and two bedside tables if one required them. The only area to share is the kitchen space which is on the bottom floor. It’s a sunny, modern home in a quiet subdivision which offers off-street parking.

I am a man in my 60’s who lives alone. I drive horse trucks and am often away on trips to the North Island. I only use the bottom floor of the house so there is plenty of privacy upstairs. I am a father of two adults daughters and am a kind, respectful person who takes pride in my property.
