Aziza's room

We’re looking for a boarder in our family home to fill a room with ensuite. Our home is newly built and located in Bremner Ridge, Flatbush with stunning views. Ormiston Town Centre with shops, gym and other amenities is within 5 minutes driving distance.

This room features a queen sized bed with bedding, ceiling fan, double wardrobe with mirrors and side tables. You will have your own private ensuite bathroom.

Our price include utilities (water / power / gas / unlimited internet) and some household basics (laundry powder / hand wash / dishwashing products / cleaning products). You would be responsible for clean up after yourself such as your own dishes and kitchen area after use, clothes, private bathroom and bedroom. No meals provided, you may use all kitchen facilities available.

Payment of bond plus 1 weeks rent required prior to moving in.

We are a working couple with a 4 year old son and a friendly cat. We are quiet during the week focusing on work, family and home-life. We are easy-going and friendly people who love a good conversation but also happy for you to do your own thing.

There are three living areas all with TVs. Well suited for a working professional.
