About the room
Room available in Rolleston, flexible on move-in date. 2021 built home with heat pump and fire. Double bedroom available with a built in wardrobe, $230 per week for the room and internet, power, wood and household supplies.
About the house: 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms. the flat is made up of young professionals and/or part-time uni students. We do some flat dinners together if you’re interested, but they are optional.
The room can come furnished if required.
We have also just got a puppy who is 14 weeks, very calm for a puppy, so we are looking for someone who likes pets.
About the roomies
Two young professionals that own the house. Two part-time uni students/part time workers. All get on well, so it would be nice to find a good fit, cook some dinners together early-mid 20s
