Katherine's room

I am looking for a flatmate to fill one of my rooms in my 3 bedroom house. The other room is a spare room for family to stay in. You have use of the main bathroom which is only used by you or guests. There is another spare toilet by the living area. There is a walk in pantry as well as an ice and water dispenser fridge. You will also have a space for your car in the garage! My house is close to Foster Park, and only a 4 min drive to the shops.

I am a female, 34, a primary school teacher, and generally pretty active (netball & gym). I have two labradors who are allowed inside. You must be ok with dogs!! They love a cuddle!
