Single room with single bed. Modern multi level home. Fireplace in lounge and heatpump in kitchen/dining. Amenities are 20% of monthly bill. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. 2 of our roomies are moving to Tauranga in 2wks so if you prefer an upstairs double room with wardrobes then that will be available in 2wks for $250wk

There is currently 2 of us living in a 2 storey 5bdrm house. Both full time workers and I have 2 dogs so dog friendly a must
