Hi all , I have 1 room available for a single professional working person,it does have a single bed & spacious cupboard. 5mins drive to local town , 3mins walk to local cafe ,doctors & chemist and a bus stop right outside the door & 10-15mins walk to the park & fields, if you run you’ll get there faster 😬 More suitable for musicians or people who love music as we are muso’s & have band practice once every 2nd month & enjoy a sneaky drink bbq & karaoke 🎤once in while. Only party on special occasions and very respectful to neighbours & there is a balance here for noise & stillness peace and quiet 🧘‍♀️ Must be super clean & tidy and pay bills on time. Rent includes internet , water and reasonable use of power. We have a lazy dog so , sorry no other pets as he’s jealous and quite selfish. Road side parking. Myself and 9yr old grandson & 2 other females here & tbh you’ll be laughing & cracking jokes most of the time. Also have my sassy 6yr old daughter from time to time who also knows boundaries. Sensitive and respectful to other cultures , ethnicities and backgrounds. Normally it’s a clown house but the main thing is , we are kind which is hard to find these days.
