Grace's room

Small but sufficient room available in tidy town house in a quiet area of Hastings. The room is furnished with a queen bed, set of drawers, full length mirror and desk. We have a 6 year old cat who is very shy so you probably won’t see her, and a 9 month old rescue puppy who is quite bouncy and excitable - so being comfortable with dogs is a must as we are still training her. The property has a covered in deck area, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. We will only be considering short term options for rent.

You will be staying with myself (F26), my partner (M29) and our flat mate (F26). I am a teacher, my partner is a builder and our flat mate works in banking. We enjoy a drink or two on the weekends/after work, but are also relatively busy/outdoorsy so appreciate our quieter times. 😊
