Grace's room

Edit : We have the room filled from February until May, sorry. Small but sufficient room available in tidy town house in a quiet area of Hastings. The room is furnished with a queen bed, set of drawers and desk. We have a 5 year old cat who is very shy, and a 3.5 month old puppy who loves everyone and everything. The property has a covered in deck area, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. We have beautiful neighbours 😁 We are only looking for people staying short term as my partner and I head over seas for two months in June.

You will be staying with myself (F25), my partner (M25) and our flat mate (F25). I am a teacher, my partner is a builder and our flat mate works in banking. We enjoy a drink or two on the weekends/after work, but are also relatively busy/outdoorsy so appreciate our quieter times. 😊
