Caitlin's room

We have 1 or 2 rooms available with your own private bathroom and separate toilet. The room in our house is fully furnished with built in wardrobe, bed & side table. Bathroom has a bath, shower and separate toilet in your own end of the house. Off street parking is available and our house is 1 or 2 minutes walk to a bus stop which provides a direct, express bus into the city & surrounding areas. House is located in Silverstream, Kaiapoi. Within 5 minutes walk we have a convenience store, cafe, restaurant, gym & GP. Close by is the river and beaches at your doorstep.

Price for the room is negotiable depending on length of stay, what’s required and utilities

My wife & I work full time, i’m a teacher & my wife is a lawyer. We have a sweet natured Border Collie dog who is dropped at dog day care during the day and is not allowed in guest bedrooms/bathrooms. We love travelling ourselves, we have many trips planned this year so lots of the time you will have the house to yourself. We enjoy tramping, cooking, reading, boating, horse riding, farm life, being outside and gardening.
