Flatmate wanted for our spacious home in Drury 4 bedroom house with 3 existing flatmates all male in our 20s all full time working and pretty independent but will hang out from time to time

House is fully furnished (with a pool table) Room unfurnished can come with queen bed if wanted Room is not in the perfect condition (has holes from pictures, paint chips etc) nothing marjor but would recommended checking it out first

Rent is $200 per week includes power water and Starlink WiFi Move in costs $800 1 week rent in advance + 3 weeks bond

Looking for someone who will pay rent on time and clean after themselves Ideally in their 20s but not necessary

3 existing flatmates all full time workers as civil and mechanical engineers all pretty independent but like to come home every now and then for a drink / watch a movie etc.
