About Good size living area. Kitchen has gas range, dishwasher, pantry, waste disposal. Bathroom has good shower pressure and it also has a bath. It does have a double garage and it’s used as an art space. This 3 bedroom house is in a quiet grove but has houses on all sides. So it’s not a party house. But is fenced off and pretty good. No pets allowed on tenancy. There is a clothes line. There will be one off road park (I have the second one).

We are a couple blocks away from the countdown, round the corner from a gym and just down the road from Nemo takeaway. Bus stop with walking distance

About us: 2 Gen X flatmates currently. 1x 46m full time office worker, part time artist. 1 x Russian student here to July. We’re pretty open, calm, generally happy.

Looking for: prefer honest, pays rent on time. Social but not needy. Respects others. Pls don’t be an angry person or a yeller. If there are issues, be up front. Prefer fulltime worker/student but will consider all. LGBTQI+ inclusive/friendly. All ages.
