The property is a 2 bed room and 1 bathroom house with a decent sized lounge and kitchen, large fenced backyard and a driveway. WiFi connected at the house and water cooler and air con is also included. The house was recently renovated last year so it’s still rather clean looking. The lounge isn’t furnished thanks to the last flatmate wrecking our only couches. The room up for rent can fit a double bed, desk and drawers with room to spare and has a built in wardrobe. Bus, dairy and fish & chip shop is only a 5 minute walk from the house and the train station and main shopping area is about 20 minute walk, depending on how fast you walk. Looking for someone who can cook for themselves, clean up after themselves and is smoke-free. Property isn’t animal or child friendly due to bad experience with last flatmate. Would prefer someone 18 to 35 yrs old, who keeps to themselves but also doesn’t mind a little bit of conversation. Being able to communicate civilly is also very much appreciated.

I don’t smoke and only drink in social situations but normally at a friends place, very rarely at home.
