Room available in fairly new, large, modern, warm, clean family home. Unfurnished room or available furnished if required.
Includes Power, Internet, can provide option for food included if required. Option also for week day only board - $200 per week. Room is generous in size with large wardrobe, bathroom is shared with well trained teenagers, 2 additional separate toilets so no waiting around for the bathroom. Ducted heating and cooling. Picture has virtual furnishings, not actual furniture in room.

We are an easy going family consisting of 2 adults, 2 teenagers, a cat and small dog. As this is a board situation only and not flatting/house share, no additional pets will be permitted or visitors.
No smoking. Must have own transport as not on a public transport route. Must be clean and tidy and be respectful of our home. References and police checks required. Any questions flick me a message.
