Kia ora I have a large, furnished room, with walk in robe available in a cool little unit only 40 seconds from the beach! Beautiful He Puna Taimoana Hot Pools only a 5 minute walk. Bus nearby.

The kitchen, bathroom and lounge area have all been recently reno and the place has a cool retro vibe. The unit has a cosy woodburner for those winter nights.

I have fabulous neighbours, and we live in a shared laneway situation. A lovely private sundrenched courtyard out the back. It’s a small place so Id prefer a female. I love cooking and happy to have the odd shared meal and glass of wine! I’ve learnt how to cook some mean Korean dishes from my last flattie!

You must love dogs! I have a very friendly, crazy 3yr old Cavoodle that shares the home too and is very much a part of the whanau ❤️

Short or long term considered.

No definite move in date yet as I have a lovely short term flattie looking for work in Akl so helping her out week by week atm but happy to chat if you’d like to know more in the meantime!

Me the homeowner and my little fur baby! I work fulltime mainly in the office and occasionally at home. Do extra work and study in my spare time too lol. I’m pretty chilled but need someone super tidy and respectful as the place is small.
