Quiet neighbourhood 5 minutes walk to Richmond CBD. Property not suitable for children because of the pool which has solar heating and I swim most days 6 months of the year. Parking is on the street and safe. The house has HRV and is very comfortable. Your room has a queen size bed, bedside drawers a tall boy and built in wardrobe. The house has Fibre 300, Netflix, Washing machine, fridge/freezer (shared), power provided up to $300 after which we pay 1/3 each. Couples considered but at an extra $100 per week. You need to provide your linen, toiletries and food.

I’m Male mid 50’s and my other Flatmate is also Male and mid 30’s. He’s lived here for 3 years. We both work a lot and at different times but are easy to get along with. We both smoke outside. The dog is partial to a belly rub and is friendly.
