Quiet, peaceful suburb in Lincoln. The room is unfurnished, so you will need to bring your own bed. The rate is a bit higher than others in the area but we can offer the following:

1. We have a bike you can borrow as we are not near the university.
2. We also have a vegetable garden which you can use, which would reduce your food bill. The weekly rate is for ONE person.

Hi there :) Your hosts are a married Christian couple. We are looking for someone honest, respectful, tidy, independent and someone who wants to stay at least 6 months (if you decide you need to move out earlier that’s absolutely fine, just try to give us a couple of weeks notice - we don’t want you to feel “locked in to staying”).
