About the room

We have a sunny garden sleep out and a large room available in central Richmond. It’s a five minute walk to the centre of Richmond town. Here you will find cafes, Washburn gardens and the mall. It’s a quick drive to Nelson city or to Rabbit Island.

House details:

The quiet cul-de-sac where we live has off street parking. There is a garden and patio with BBQ for summer entertaining.The sleep out available is unfurnished but has a bed available should you need it. Rent of $ 200 includes electricity, internet, water and rubbish removal. Not self contained, however easy access to bathroom and kitchen.

We are after a tenant who is tidy, non smoker and shares the same Christian values.
